March 11: 10:00 – 22:00
March 12 - 21: 8:00 – 21:00

Tourism Vancouver – Vancouver:

Location: Plaza Level, 200 Burrard Street
Hours of operation:
March 1 - 21: 10:00 – 17:00

Main Ticket Centre – Whistler:

Location: Whistler Medals Plaza

March 1 - 12: 10:00 – 18:00
March 13 - 21: 8:00 – 18:00

Venue Box Offices:

Each venue box office will open on the first day of competition at the venue. See the competition schedule
Box offices for UBC Thunderbird Arena and Whistler Paralympic Park open 2 hours prior to the start of competition.
The box office for Whistler Creekside opens 1.5 hours prior to the start of competition,
The box office for the Vancouver Paralympic Centre opens 1 hour prior to the start competition.
