Their Stronghold is out of sight from the prying eyes of the Galactic Empire, but they aren't without problems. For the foolhardy, getting involved can mean a quick end on a barren, dusty planet. For those seeking a career opportunity as a pirate, the problems may just be opportunity. If you're the latter, contact Vana Sage in Nym's Stronghold.

    • Space Factional Presence
      • If you are aboard an overt factional ship (can be pilot or passenger), "actively" playing the game, not incapped/dead, of the same faction as the ship (can be on leave, combatant, or special forces), and in a space zone associated with a ground planet (Corellian System, Dantooine System, Dathomir System, Endor System, Karthakk (Lok) System, Naboo System, Tatooine System, and Yavin System), each minute, for risking life and limb to provide factional presence/patrolling the space zone, you will automatically provide a nominal amount of points to the GCW score for your faction for the space zone GCW category of the associated ground planet.
      • If you are in the pilot seat, operations chair, or turret, the amount of points contributed is proportionate to the pilot skill, plus a 10% bonus for each GCW rank.
      • If you are not in the pilot seat, operations chair, or turret, the amount of points contributed is proportionate to the character level, plus a 10% bonus for each GCW rank.
      • The same aligned city bonus (100% bonus, plus a 10% bonus per city rank, plus a 5% bonus per year of city age) is granted if the character's citizenship city is located on the corresponding ground planet and is same faction aligned as the character.
      • If the character's citizenship city is located on Rori or Talus, it will be associated with the Naboo System or the Corellian System, respectively, in determining the space factional presence same aligned city bonus.

      • Region Defender Bonus
        • Region defender bonus is only available once the city/guild has defended the region for at least 3 days.
        • Each region has a fixed 20% bonus.
        • The fixed 20% bonus is divided proportionately between the 2 factions based on the percentage of the GCW score for the region.
        • The proportionate amount that each faction gets is then divided evenly by the total number of cities and guilds currently defending the region for that faction to arrive at the final bonus value for that faction.
        • The final bonus value is applied to all the citizen's/guild member's personal GCW points earned, provided the citizen/guild member is the same faction as the city/guild and earns the GCW points while in the same region that the city/guild is defending.

Star Wars Galaxies™ Galactic Civil War: Forces Under Siege (Game Update 15)

    Publish Notes, January 25th, 2010

    *Receiving Coded Transmission*

    Imperial Naval Communiqué #31756

To: Fleet High Command and Sr. Officers

From: Ysanne Isard, Director of Imperial Intelligence

Imperial counterintelligence agents embedded with a Rebel Bothan spy network intercepted the following Alliance transmission. Our field agents have noticed heightened Rebel activity in certain sectors, and it appears as though we have uncovered the cause:

Following the recent situation on Dathomir, and additional rumors of Imperial atrocities, it is imperative that we take extreme measures to expand our intelligence gathering networks and secure vital communications routes. I am calling on all fleet commanders to rally ships and available ground forces to three critical strategic points across the galaxy:

Tatooine – city of Bestine: The capital of Tatooine is rife with corruption and political turmoil, and is also a key Imperial outpost. If we take and hold this city we will control a wealth of information that moves through the galactic underworld.

Talus – city of Dearic: Another capital city plagued by dirty politics and scandal, Dearic is also home to a diverse and bustling Starport. Control of this city provides a broad spectrum of intelligence that will span the entire galaxy.

Naboo – city of Keren: As the Emperor's home world, Naboo is the beating heart of the Empire. To establish a control point on this planet would not only supply access to crucial intelligence, but would also be a devastating blow to Imperial morale and the Emperor himself. With its high level of commerce and financial influence throughout the Naboo system, Keren is the perfect target for this operation.

This mission takes top priority. The Empire must not be allowed to hold these cities. Good luck, and May the Force Be With You!

    -- Leia Organa

Imperial Intelligence has confirmed the authenticity of this transmission. Squadrons will be assigned to deliver ground invasion forces to each of these locations to take and secure the cities. Under no circumstance can we allow these Rebel scum to gain a foothold. Be advised that Lord Vader himself has taken a personal interest in this matter, and failure will not be tolerated.

    *Transmission End*

    • Construction
      • Tools:
        • Tools must be constructed to make pylons. Their resources are available from a supply terminal near the offensive and defensive general.
        • Supply terminals may be sliced by smugglers to provide optional components. Slicing the terminal repeatedly will increase the quality of the optional components.
      • Pylons:
        • Pylons are construction points where you get construction quests.
        • Pylons are constructed by tools, which trade skill players manufacture. Anyone may use a tool, but trade skill players are the most effective at using tools during construction.
        • Constructing a pylon fatigues the builder, causing the construction of pylons to take longer and longer. This can be eliminated by visiting entertainers to work off fatigue.
        • Some Pylons have 4 levels:
          • Level 0: No construction and will not spawn during the battle.
          • Level 1: 1-49 resources have been constructed on the pylon.
          • Level 2: 50-99 resources have been constructed on the pylon.
          • Level 3: 100 resources have been constructed on the pylon.
        • Pylon objects:
          • Soldier Patrol:
            • This object spawns NPC's and is represented by a helmet icon floating over it.
            • Defensive patrols stay entrenched at their constructed location.
            • Offensive patrols assault defensive positions.
          • Barricade:
            • This object guards nearby players and NPC's and is represented by a barricade icon floating over it.
          • Turret:
            • Turrets are AI controlled and fire at enemies nearby. The pylon for these is represented by a gun barrel or dish icon floating over it.
          • Tower:
            • Towers buff non-player controlled AI nearby to do incredible amounts of damage. The pylon is represented by a floating tower icon over it.
          • Vehicle Patrol:
            • Vehicle patrols spawn tough vehicles and are represented by a terminal icon floating over it.
      • Pylons are converted to their corresponding object when the construction phase ends and the battle phase begins.

    • Battle
      • Vehicle spawn points:
        • Level 1: Level 60 elite vehicle
        • Level 2: Level 90 elite vehicle
        • Level 3: Level 90 boss vehicle
      • Patrol spawn points:
        • Level 1: Level 60 NPC
        • Level 2: Level 90 NPC
        • Level 3: Level 90 elite NPC
        • Entertainers may entertain patrol points to buff NPC's spawned for both invasion and defense of a city.
        • Patrol points may be sabotaged by spies, which require a quest from their faction's general/attaché.
      • Barricade:
        • No levels, but HP is increased by 5000HP per resource added.
        • Barricades offer defender quests for general combat.
      • Tower:
        • No levels, but HP is increased by 5000HP per resource added.
        • Vehicles target towers
      • Turret:
        • 5000HP per resource added.
        • Level 1-3: Increased damage per shot, but it can be mitigated by armor.
        • Turrets offer defender quests for general combat.
      • Wounded soldiers:
        • Offer a quest to revive fallen soldiers to medics. Will reinforce a location or begin patrolling into the city to add to the invasion force.
      • Damaged vehicles:
        • Offer a quest to tradeskill players for repair. Once repaired, they will reinforce the invading force by patrolling into the city.
      • Demoralized troops:
        • Offer a quest to entertainers to be entertained and rejoin the battle effort for both offense and defense.

    • Invasions occur every three hours and last an hour. Two of the three cities will be active during each invasion.
      • The construction phase lasts 30 minutes.
      • The battle phase lasts 30 minutes.
      • Defeating a defensive general will end a battle with the offensive team as the victors.
      • Keeping the defensive general alive for the entire battle phase (30 minutes) will allow the defending team to win.
      • Defensive general will flag players as Special Forces, if they persist in attacking him. A warning window will be displayed for attacking a general and not being Special Forces.

    • The Planetary Map for the appropriate planet will show the current phase that Bestine, Dearic, or Keren is currently in (construction, combat or occupation).

    • Factional Helper
      • Neutral players can become factional helper to help their favorite faction.
      • Use the command browser, /factionalHelper slash command, a faction recruiter, an invading city General or a city defensive Field Commander NPC to access the factional helper system.
      • There is a 30 minutes cooldown once you have stopped helping one side before you can start helping the other side. You can still immediately help the side that you most recently stopped helping.
      • If you are a Special Forces factional helper, you will be automatically changed to Combatant factional helper upon cloning.
    • Factional Presence
      • If you are factional special forces (NOT factional helper special forces), "actively" playing the game, not cloaked/incapped/dead, and out in the world in a GCW contested region, each minute, for risking life and limb to provide factional presence/patrolling the GCW contested region, you will automatically provide a nominal amount of points to the GCW score for your faction for the contested area. The amount of points is proportionate to the character level, plus a 10% bonus for each GCW rank.
      • Factional presence is only granted if you (or if mounted, your vehicle/mount) are on the ground out in the world. This means that factional presence is not granted if you (or if mounted, your vehicle/mount) are in/on any part of a structure (like entrance steps, roof, balcony, theater stage, etc), or on a bridge, or in a garden, or in the bazaar/bank plaza, or on a storyteller platform, etc.
      • A "GCW Factional Presence" radial menu has been added to the War Terminal and the War Intel Pad that displays a window showing the GCW contested regions that currently have factional presence activity.
    • Player City Factional Alignment
      • The mayor can set the city's factional alignment from the city's management terminal.
      • There is a 1 day wait to switch the city's factional alignment. There is no wait to align with the same faction that the city most recently aligned with.
      • The city's factional alignment is displayed in the city's status window and in the announcement message when you enter the city's borders.
      • If factional presence (see above) occurs within the borders of a same aligned player city (i.e. the player city overlaps the GCW contested region, and the factional presence occurs in the overlap area), there is a 100% bonus, plus a 10% bonus per city rank, plus a 5% bonus per year of city age.
    • Travel Perks And Restrictions:
      • Once a planet is 70% controlled by a faction, the following travel perks and restrictions will apply to GCW officers. To repeat, GCW travel perks and restrictions only apply to GCW officers.
      • GCW officers of the controlling faction will have 0 shuttle wait time.
      • GCW officers of the losing faction can only board every other shuttle, or pay a 50000 credits surcharge (each time) to avoid waiting for every other shuttle.
      • GCW officers of the losing faction must pay a surcharge for shuttle travel if either the departure or the arrival planet is 70% controlled by the opposing faction, whichever is greater. The amount of surcharge is 500 credits for each % above 70%.
      • If the planet has more than 1 Starport, only 1 Starport will be available for interplanetary ticket travel (both outgoing and incoming) to GCW officers of the losing faction. The 1 Starport that is available is the one that is least controlled by the controlling faction.

    • User Interface

      • The Galactic Travel Map:
        • The planet map has been updated to show areas that affect the outcome of the Galactic Civil War as well as the score for that current zone.
        • Areas currently under rebel control will show up as a rebel insignia, imperial control shows up as an imperial insignia, and 50/50 zones are shown with a contested insignia.
        • You can prevent the Galactic Civil War zones from showing up on your planet map by simply unchecking the "Show GCW Contested Zones" option on the Planet Map window.

      • GCW points directly affect some planetary spawns and are properly represented on the war terminal.
      • Mon Calamari Cruisers or Star Destroyers will appear in the sky of a planet, depending on who is winning. The more your side is winning by, the more ships you'll see.

Star Wars Galaxies: Game Update 14 -- Death Troopers

    Publish Notes, October 12th, 2009

    Death Troopers
After a mysterious turn of events the Empire has mustered an enormous military presence in a remote location on Dathomir. Imperial High Command has issued a travel warning to notify citizens to avoid travel to the planet if possible. Citizens that cannot avoid travel to Dathomir should be aware that certain locations are now considered restricted areas. Unauthorized travel by citizenry to these restricted areas may result in fines, arrest or both. While rumors have circulated that restricted areas are being used to contain a biological threat, no official report has been confirmed or denied by High Command.

    • Players that have already completed the Update 13 "Something is Obviously Wrong" quests will be contacted and given a quest upon login.
    • Players that have not already completed the Update 13 "Something is Obviously Wrong" quests will need to finish up to have access to the Death Troopers quest line.
    • Players that have not started the "Something is Obviously Wrong" quests can kick off the content by using the publish gift named "Jabba's Comlink."
    • To participate in the Death Troopers content, players will first need to complete the "Something is Obviously Wrong" quest line.
    • Added Chronicles relics specific to the Death Troopers content

    Death Troopers - Known Issue

    • After further experimentation with the Blackwing virus, we discovered that the Sullustan race was particularly susceptible to the infection. If an item type node under the Misc->Factory Crate node is selected, the attribute list will be automatically populated with the search attributes for the selected item type.

      Chapter Gift

      • Jabba's Comlink (Quest Object)

      Highlights

      Star Wars Chronicles Master System
It's time to open your imagination and start creating stories to share with your friends. With the Star Wars Chronicles system, you now have the ability to create stories from relics you will discover throughout the galaxy. Use the Quest Builder to write your story with the relics you have discovered. Hit "Create Quest" to consume the relics and create a holocron in your inventory. This holocron can be traded to others or activated to begin the adventure. Completing holocrons will reward you with profession experience and tokens. Tokens can be used at the Chronicles reward vendor, S7-U44 Vending Droid, in both Theed and Coronet. The vendors are in the tent behind C-3PO. You can purchase relic booster packs from them as well as other exciting rewards.

For some friendly assistance, speak with C-3PO and he will explain more about Chronicles.

      • Chronicle Master – all players can advance in the chronicle profession. Open your profession wheel and take a look at what awaits as you advance as a chronicler.
      • Quest Builder – the tool used to create holocrons or drafts.
      • Draft – a saved version of your quest. Creating drafts does not consume relics. You can edit drafts freely. They can be used to create holocrons.
      • Relics – objects that represent memory, experiences, visions. You will discover relics as you play the game.
      • Holocrons – by pressing "create quest" in the Quest Builder, you will consume the relics for your quest and produce a holocron in your inventory. This can be traded or sold on the Bazaar. Players can active them to participate in your quest.
      • Sharing – as you progress in the Chronicle profession, you will gain the ability to allow your Chronicle holocrons to be shared. Sharing will allow multiple players to enjoy your quest from a single holocron.
      • Fragments – relic fragments. They are acquired through loot, as a byproduct of creating a holocron, and by deconstructing relics. Fragments can be combined to create a relic.
      • Tokens – earned for completing other people's quests. When people complete your quests, some tokens will be held in your Chronicles Reserve for you to claim. Use /chroniclerGetReserve to claim your reserve of tokens and Chronicles XP.
      • Relic booster packs – purchased from the Chronicles reward vendors by using tokens, they provide random relics.

      Vendor/Bazaar:

      • Search By Attribute: Selected object types can now be searched by selected attributes in the vendor/bazaar window. City House Packup

    • Overview
      • If your character owns a structure inside of a Player City, you are now required to log in with that character at least 1 time in a 90 day period. Both Citizens and Non-Citizens are affected by this rule. Failure to log in over a 90 day period will result in:
        • Your structure being flagged for packup (Zoning Violation)
        • Your character being removed as a Citizen of that Player City (if you were a Citizen)
    • Safe House System
      • We understand that there may be circumstances that prevent a character from logging in within a 90 day period due to real life situations; such as Military Deployment. In order to assist these structure owners and their community, Mayors have been given the ability to 'protect' a limited number of their Citizens if needed. The following is a rundown of how the 'Safe House' system works:
        • Mayors can access the Safe House options via the City Terminal.
        • Mayors can only protect Citizens. Non-Citizens can not be protected.
        • A Mayor can protect up to 20% of the required citizens for the City's current level.
          • Level 1 City can protect 1 Citizen.
          • Level 2 City can protect 2 Citizens.
          • Level 3 City can protect 3 Citizens.
          • Level 4 City can protect 6 Citizens.
          • Level 5 City can protect 8 Citizens.
      • Only structures inside of the City Limits can be protected. Structures outside of the city are not affected by this system. Structures inside of a different City will be flagged for packup if they qualify.
    • Citizens that are 'protected' will receive the following benefits:
      • Protected Citizens will remain Citizens while they are protected.
      • Protected Citizens' structures, if inside of the City offering protection, will not be flagged for packup (Zoning Violation).
    • Down-Ranking/De-Ranking Cities
      • If a Player City down-ranks and exceeds its 'Safe House' maximum limit, the Mayor will have 4 days to correct the discrepancy. After 4 days, any Safe House overages will be automatically corrected by the Safe House system. If a Safe House is removed due to an overage, the Citizen that has logged in most-recently will be removed – this will continue until the Player City Safe House count is within the limits of the system.
    • Packup Requirements
      • The following criteria must be met at the time of packup in order for the system to successfully pack up a structure that is flagged as a 'Zoning Violation':
        • The Player City must be at least 3 weeks old in order for structures to be flagged for inactivity.
        • The owner must be offline for 90+ days.
        • The structure must be inside of a Player City at the time of packup.
        • The structure can not be protected by the Mayor at the time of packup.
    • Note: This system is separate from the original House Packup System. There are no rewards for packing up houses under the City House Packup System.

    Bug Fixes

    • Fixed abilities that determine action costs based on percentage, rather than flat amounts, not taking the general action cost reduction modifier into account when charging action. This affects the following abilities:
      • Medic:
        • Bacta Corruption
        • Blood Cleansers
        • Cure Affliction

        • PVP Resuscitate Player

    • Beast Master:
      • Heal Beast (Mark 1)
      • Heal Beast (Mark 2)
      • Heal Beast (Mark 3)
      • Revive Beast
    • POB Ships once again have a Permissions option when accessing the Ship Permissions Terminal.
    • Beast Encoder: Fixed an issue that could cause a beast encoder on a POB ship to stop working.
      • NEW: A Beast Encoder in your structure or POB ship will always offer the option to reclaim any pets stored within it even when the device might otherwise be inactive or not working.
      • NEW: In the event that a beast encoder stops working for whatever reason, you will have the option to reboot the device in an attempt to re-activate it. Rebooting the device will not harm any beasts stored within it.
    • Fixed an issue that caused various spawners stop spawning mobs.
    • Various 'instant respawn' locations have been given a delay before they will respawn mobs.
    • Vendors in a structure that is re-deeded or destroyed will now move to their owners Datapad.

    Game Update 9

    Star Wars Galaxies: Hotfix 9.1
    Publish Notes, May 7, 2009

    Player Structure

    • Items picked up (either manually or with the /pickupAllRoomItemsIntoInventory command) from the top level of a room of a structure or POB ship into the top level inventory will no longer autostack, so that their original unique id is preserved, so that they can be restored with the /restoreDecorationLayout command. If the item is subsequently stacked (either manually through the item's radial menu, or automatically by moving the item around), the item will lose its unique id, and the item subsequently pulled from the stack will be a different item with a different id, and will not be restored with the /restoreDecorationLayout command.
    • Reverted Medium House Footprint to correct medium house maximum capacity.

    Miscellaneous

    • Traders should no longer have issues selecting a vendor gender if both male and female vendor options are available for the vendor species.
    • Added the ability to name the rustic armoire. This change is not retroactive.
    • Fixed some issues with color customization on some beasts and mounts.
    • The Shipwright Helper Monkey Collection now has the correct tooltips associated with it.

    Structures Trader

    • New Draft Schematics: Eight new player structures have been added:
      • Six redesigned windowed versions of existing structures.
      • Two completely new structure designs (one large and one small.)
      • All eight new structures can be colored by the owner when using a Structure Customization Kit from inside the structure.
    • New Draft Schematic: Structure Customization Kit.
    • New Draft Schematic: Structure Traders can now Craft Beast Encoder and Replicator which will allow a Beast Master to store their beasts.
    • Draft Schematic Update: Professor's Desk now shows as 'Professor's Desk' (instead of just 'Desk' ) when using the Structure and Furniture tool.
    • Draft Schematic Update: Decorative Brazier renamed to be Slave Brazier in structure crafting tool to match the name on the draft schematic.
    • Structure Terminal: The Privacy menu option on a structure Management Terminal now shows the building's current privacy setting.
    • Generic Small House, Style 1, Floorplan 2 hanging sign adjusted to make room for Hanging Crescent Moon sign placement.
    • A new line of furniture has been added to your level 86 traders. The "Rustic" furniture resembles the elegant line, but is obviously more rustic in appearance. Best go get your vibro axes and get some wood to start manufacturing enough pieces of furniture to meet the demand you are sure to get.
    • Elegant Furniture Lines now start with the word 'Elegant.'

    Player Structures

    • To help with moving in to a new structure, if you are currently at or below the lot limit, you will be allowed to place a new player house even if doing so would exceed the lot limit. To be precise, this exceeding the lot limit is only allowed when placing a new player house (factory, harvester, generator, guild hall, merchant tent, cantina, medical center, theater, diner, barn, etc. are not included). To coerce you back to lot limit compliance, the following will occur when you place a new player house that causes you to exceed the lot limit. A message (in large red text) will be permanently displayed on your client warning you that you are in violation of the lot limit. You will be spammed (every 5 minutes during the first 24 hours, and every minute thereafter) with a warning message that you are in violation of the lot limit. It may take up to 1 minute after the violation for the large red text and the spamming to begin. You will not be able to drop any item into (or move around items within) any other factory or structure (even those owned by someone else that you are admin of) except for the structure that caused you to exceed the lot limit. You will still be able to drop items into other containers (inventory, equipped backpack, bank, trade with another character, storage droid, vendor, bazaar, POB ships, etc). You will not be able to edit the admin list of the structure that caused you to exceed the lot limit.
    • To help with moving in to a new structure, the following new commands have been added:
      • /pickupAllRoomItemsIntoInventory (/pickupAll or /pickupA for short) command has been added that will attempt to pick up all items in the room of the structure or POB ship in which you are currently standing into all available inventory space. Only available inventory space will be used. Available space in equipped backpack will not be used. Any item in the room that you would normally be able to manually pick up from where you are currently standing in the room should be picked up by this command. If you wish to pick up more items than available inventory space, you can specify the "overload" option with the command by typing "/pickupAllRoomItemsIntoInventory -overload" which will pick up additional items and overload your inventory, but not so overloaded as to prevent you from moving.
      • /dropAllInventoryItemsIntoRoom (/dropAll or /dropA for short) command has been added that will attempt to drop all items in your inventory into the room of the structure or POB ship in which you are currently standing, up to the item limit of the structure or POB ship. Any item in your inventory that you would normally be able to manually drop into the room should be dropped by this command.
      • /saveDecorationLayout and /restoreDecorationLayout have been added to save and restore decoration layout of a structure or POB ship. You are still responsible for actually moving the items into (and dropping them into a pile in any room of) the structure or POB ship where you intend to run the /restoreDecorationLayout command. These commands are also useful to "undo" a decoration change that you don't like, like if your structure decorating "helper" (aka cat) jumps on the keyboard and ruins your decoration masterpiece. Or they can be used to save multiple decorative layouts of the same structure or POB ship, allowing you to quickly switch between decorations. Run these commands and follow the on screen instructions. You can get the name of the room that you are currently in from the "UI Debug Print" window (Shift+Ctrl+G). Saved decoration layouts are not transferred with CTS. Note that these operations save and restore an item's position and orientation by tracking the item's unique id. As such, it will only restore the particular item (NOT a similar item) that was saved. The item to be restored must be placed directly in a room (any room) of the structure or POB ship where the /restoreDecorationLayout command is run. For example, it cannot be in your inventory or inside a container in the structure or POB ship.

Star Wars Galaxies: Game Update 8
    Publish Notes, March 12, 2009

    Community Requests:

    • Group XP bonus has been increased

    Player Cities:

    • Beginning 5/1/2009 12:01AM PDT, during every galaxy restart, if a citizen has not logged in within the past 90 days, he will be automatically removed as a citizen of the city and all his packable structures within the city limits will be eligible for packup. You can use the citizen roster window to see how long it has been since a citizen last logged in. This packup with not be the same as the existing abandoned packup, in that you will not get points for packing up these structures. They will not be marked as abandoned, but will be flagged in some other way. Packable structures within the city limit that do not belong to a citizen will also be eligible for packup if the structure’s owner (specifically, the character who owns the structure) has not logged in within the past 90 days. To be absolutely clear, we are talking about when this particular character/citizen last logged in. In-game mail will be sent to the mayor when a citizen is removed because of this 90 days inactivity. If the citizen logs back in after he has been removed as a citizen because of the 90 days inactivity, and his resident structure is still standing inside the city limits, he will be immediately added back to the citizen list, and the mayor will be sent in-game mail indicating that the citizen has been added.

For players who for any reason that cannot log in the character at least once during the 90 days, there will be a feature to allow the mayor of the city to flag that citizen as “safe”, meaning the citizen will not be removed from the citizen list, and none of the citizen’s structures within the city limits will be flagged for packup. Structures belonging to the citizen in a different city (where he is not a citizen) would be eligible for packup using the rules stated above. There will be a limitation on the number of citizens that can be "protected" as this is a feature for those cases which would normally not occur very often.

If the city shrinks, those structures that are flagged, but haven't been packed up yet, that are now outside the city limits, will no longer be eligible for pack up, since those structures are now no longer inside the city limits. If the resident structure of a "protected" citizen falls outside of the city limits because of city shrinking, the "protected" citizen will be removed as a citizen since he no longer has a resident structure inside the city limits. And because the (formerly) "protected" citizen is no longer a citizen of the city, all packable structures belonging to the (formerly) "protected" citizen inside the city limits will now be eligible for packup using the rules stated above.

If the city expands and picks up additional structures, the additional structures, because they are now inside the city limits, will be eligible to be marked for pack up using the rules stated above.

    • If 2 guilds are at war, the following rules are used to determine if members from the 2 guilds can PvP each other under the guild war rule.
