STOKE CITY have today outlined the procedure for supporters wishing to claim refunds following the decision to rearrange the Premier League match at Fulham.

The Potters are still awaiting final confirmation of the new date for the game at Craven Cottage which was scheduled to take place on Wednesday 14th April but will now be played in the final week of the Premier League programme at the beginning of May.

The game will take place on either Wednesday 5th May or Thursday 6th May and the date is now dependant on the scheduling of televised matches.

In an attempt to spread out their fixture commitments, given their progress in the Europa League, Fulham made a request to the Premier League and indeed Stoke City for the game to be moved.

Those Stoke fans who had already booked tickets and made travel plans for Craven Cottage next week, but cannot make the new date must follow these guidelines:

*For match tickets and coach travel booked through Stoke City, supporters must contact the Britannia Stadium Ticket Office for a refund.

*For any other legitimate transport or hotel costs, claims for reimbursement should be directed to Fulham using the following contact information. Supporters are advised that proof of bookings, and subsequent cancellations, along with actual travel tickets if relevant, will need to be provided to accompany any such claim.
