The Oxford High Performance Leadership programme is about building leadership capability to improve the performance within organisations.

This programme attracts a variety of leadership experience and knowledge; our participants work across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

This programme promotes the theme of leadership as a collective activity. You will come to appreciate that there are many people in the process of leading. You will leave the programme with the knowledge, skills, and tools to enable you to establish and develop high performing groups and teams.

Don't expect to sit back for a week of lectures! This highly interactive programme is for mature leaders who want to come and spend time with us, and work through their problems.

By balancing theory with practice, the programme focuses on individual leader issues, and the more strategic leadership issues that you will no doubt be facing in these turbulent times.

By listening to people who have already attended this programme, what comes through is being aware of your own leadership strengths and limitations. But more than this, you will understand how to best capitalise on these when facing your immediate and longer term organisational challenges.
