Having already held senior leadership positions for some years, the average age of OSLP participants varies between 45 and 55.
They represent organisations of contrasting sizes and come from a wide ranging mix of sectors, countries and cultures.
As experienced leaders, they see the programme as a chance to reflect on their experience and re-energise both themselves and their organisations. Some want to get a new angle on a seemingly intractable problem. Others are preparing themselves before implementing major changes.
