Job Description:
- Evaluate employers' recruitment needs, interviewing and meeting customer needs.
- Business Development; acquire and develop new sources of business
- Establish excellent relationship with the clients and build good relationship with candidates
- To shortlist and to understand the clients and candidates needs and to ensure that their expectations are met
- Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising & referrals
- Maintaining candidate networks
- Providing resume, interview & career advice to candidates
- Interviewing candidates on a general basis & for specific roles
- Managing the job offer process & negotiating salary packages
- For the Country Manager’s role, a proven track record in the Oil and Gas recruitment line is required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree with sales/industry experience
- Minimum two years of experience in recruitment/ Oil and Gas industry ( Specialist) and five years experience for the Country Manager’s role
- Must have a keen interest in business development and sales
- Target focused with an aptitude for results and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with a high level of motivation and a positive mindset
