Charitable Event Requests

Please review donation request guidelines below, as our requirements have changed.

The Chicago Blackhawks are very active in supporting various fundraising efforts throughout the Chicagoland area for schools, religious institutions, hockey clubs, charitable and not-for-profit organizations that embody the spirit of the Chicago Blackhawk Charities (CBC).

While we would like to respond positively to every request we receive, it is not possible to do so because of the large volume of requests. Please review the checklist below to ensure your organization qualifies!

Does your organization match one of the five CBC areas of interest?
We believe in ...

  • aiding those who are homeless, ill, abused or otherwise at risk
  • treating individuals suffering from disabling effects of physical injury
  • promoting health, fitness and teamwork
  • repressing risk-related behavior such as drug use, gang involvement and crime
  • facilitating positive educational experiences that illustrate the power of learning

    • In an effort to conserve paper and ensure maximum efficiency, we only accept requests via our online request form (link below).

    Submission Criteria

    • Requests submitted via email, fax, mail or phone will NOT be considered.
    • Organizations must be based in the state of Illinois
    • Requests will only be considered if sent at least two months in advance
    • In-kind donations may not be offered for raffles
    • Requests submitted without a Tax ID number will not be considered
    • Organizations are limited to one request for year
    • Organizations not closely linked with the initiatives and mission of the Chicago Blackhawks.
