Theme Community Living

The Office of Residence Life encourages students to come together to form their own theme communities centered around common interests.  These living environments create many opportunities for social and learning experiences that enhance the college experience for students. Information sessions regarding Theme Community Living will be held during the first few weeks of February. Questions regarding starting a Theme community should be directed to the Office of Residence Life at reslife@RemoveThisPart.washjeff.edu or to James Amato at jamato@RemoveThisPart.washjeff.edu

Theme Community Applications are due Monday, March 1, 2010.  Applying groups will be required to interview on March 8 & 9, 2010.  Decisions will be made by Wednesday, March 10, 2010. Groups proposing Theme communities are selected by a committee composed of various members of the W&J community.  Specific housing locations have not been selected for new Theme communities but locations for 2010-2011 will most likely be located in Presidents Row.
