MyConnectTM - makes the task of getting organised simple for BigPond and Telstra customers with a compatible mobile and home or office phone. It can bring your email, voice, text and picture messages and contacts together in one place and accessible online or from your compatible Telstra Next GTM mobile.

With MyConnectTM you can:


  • Send emails, text messages (SMS), pictures and videos (MMS) online.1 (MyInbox)

  • Access your mobile and home/office voice and video mail online by integrating your Telstra home or office phone and/or Next GTM mobile.1 (MyInbox)

  • Send and receive emails from multiple email addresses using your Telstra Next GTM mobile. (MyEmail)

  • Automatically back up your mobile contacts, tasks and calendar in case you lose or upgrade your mobile.2 (MySync)

MyInbox combines your email, home or office phone and mobile communications in one place online and, best of all, access is included in your BigPond or Telstra membership/plans3.

MyEmail makes it simple to access up to 5 different email addresses on your compatible Telstra Next GTM mobile - all for a flat monthly fee. You can also send and receive email attachments from mobiles with this capability.4

MySync automatically backs up your contacts, tasks and calendar in case you lose, break or upgrade your compatible Telstra Next GTM mobile -
all for a flat monthly fee.2

1.Charges apply for these MyInbox features. You must have the account holder's permission to link a mobile or home/office phone account to a MyConnect account. Home/office phone services must have an active MessageBank, MessageBank Virtual or HomeMessages 101 to be linked to MyInbox. Home/office phone services on HomeLine Part or BusinessLine Part plans cannot be linked to MyInbox.

 

2.The type of data you can sync is subject to handset capabilities. See https://my.bigpond.com/emailandmessaging/mysync/default.do for handset compatibility details. Only handset (not SIM) information can be synced. Your mobile phone must be switched on with coverage to sync.

 

3. No additional access/subscription charges apply to MyInbox. For BigPond customers, usage may affect your monthly data allowance.

 
4. Please refer to your mobile phone manual to see if your phone supports attachments, and the type of attachments (eg word, pdf, excel etc). Maximum size of each attachment is 1MB, with a maximum e-mail size of 2MB.
