Boasting an impressive roster that is one of the best in North America, WFX has branded its flagship television Property WFX OVERLOAD so effectively that is now offered in over 50 Million homes throughout North America on a weekly basis. WFX will launch a series of regular Pay Per View Specials before the end of 2010, while expanding it's operations to be an International Live Event provider.

WFX is owned by One World Entertainment, which was founded by Canadian Entrepreneur Jeff Dyck. Dyck's backround in marketing and inventing new products carried him into the Entertainment business, and has been instrumental in the success of WFX Wrestling. Jeff had the foresight to provide WFX with ample resources such as a State-of-the-art 9000 square foot television studio (known as One World Studios in Winnipeg, Canada) to produce the weekly television episodes. Dyck also had the where with all to create a media division of One World Entertainment to ensure all promotional and marketing materials would exceed the standards accepted in the industry.

One World Entertainment contracted the services of Mike Davidson, who has been in the wrestling business since the age of 16 and named him Vice President of WFX. Davidson oversees a majority of the day to day operations of WFX and has been extremely instrumental in developing the brand WFX, and securing the talent roster that has made WFX the talk of the wrestling industry. Davidson's greatest strength has been his ability to create weekly episodic television that appeals to wrestling fans of any era.

Michael Du was named the Vice President of Asian Operations for WFX in 2009, and Michael continues to create business opportunities overseas. Michael hopes to expand WFX OVERLOAD as a broadcast property into International Markets, as well as create merchandising licenses and opportunities to grow the brand awareness of WFX to a Worldwide stage. Michael's major goal is to see WFX produce a Live Event tour Internationally.

WFX Wrestling is currently headquartered inside One World Studios located at 1111 Chevrier Boulevard in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada. The company has explored options to open an office in the US and in Asia, and plans call for that to happen either in the last quarter of 2010, or first half of 2011.
