Bad call needs to be reversed

Whitesone: In light of the erroneous call by umpire Jim Joyce denying Tigers pitcher Armando Galarraga a perfect game, I support the public outcry for a change in the replay rule. Presently, the only allowable replay involves a determination whether a home run is fair or foul. I would add one other condition as follows: The replay rule will be utilized when the last out of the game is disputed.

Stewart Manor, L.I.: Reversing Jim Joyce's wrong call at first base is a no-brainer. It was the 27th out - it did not affect the game's outcome. In the name of fair play, it would hurt no one to say it was the wrong call and put it in the record books as a perfect game. If it was any other inning it could and should not be changed.

Newark: The Gaza flotilla's real mission was to test Barack Obama. Obama has been emboldening our enemies,and they smell blood in the water. Even Israel is worried if it will have the backing of America. I would like Obama to show more support for Israel, and not wait for what the rest of the world has to say.

It should not be with the police officer or any other law-abiding American citizen, but with the Islamic terrorists who caused our country to be overly cautious. If 9/11 had never happened, no police officer would be searching your daughter's possessions. We are not the cause of the problem. Please look in your own backyard.
