The Time Reference Date and Time Periods Specified in the Contract
Essential Information for Home Buyers Purchasing Residential Property in Oklahoma
All Contract time periods commence on the date stated in the paragraph "Time Periods Specified in Contract" where we specify a "Time Reference Date". Time periods for Investigations, Inspections and Reviews, and Financing Supplemental Agreements commence on the specified Time Reference Date regardless of the date the Contract is signed by the Buyer and the Seller.

In counting the time periods, the day after the Time Reference Date is counted as day one (1). For example, Day 1 of the ten-day period for inspections will be the day immediately following the date stated in this paragraph.
