ART - ANYTIME!
Did you know that even when the University Art Gallery is closed, you can still see art from our collection?
Here you can preview works of art from the University Art Gallery that you can find throughout the Frick Fine Arts Building, as well as public sculpture nearby.
There is always something
interesting in the glass case just to your left as you enter the Frick Fine Arts
These changing exhibitions are often drawn from the Permanent Collection of the University Art Gallery. Recent exhibitions have included Chinese Jades of the Qing Dynasty (1644 to 1911) , Modern Turkish Folk-Art, and Spin, Span, Spun, a site-specific work by Pittsburgh artist Hilary Shames.
