Mainstream media falling apart

The mainstream media stranglehold on the delivery of news is falling apart. Fox News, conservative talk radio and the Internet have proven that there are alternative means to deliver new information.

Fox regularly attracts more viewers than CNN, MSNBC and CNBC COMBINED. And now this story...

    Joel,

    For a little balance, you might have noted that the Chicago Tribune has endorsed Bush for president.

    Also, the Daily Oklahoman, a conservative newspaper to say the least, has also had significant declines in circulation. The greater story is that younger people, whether liberal or conservative, don't read newspapers as much as their elders.
