As any Michael Jackson fan knows, he lived several lives during his career. From his first incarnation as the pint-size frontman for The Jackson 5 to the sultry singer who topped charts with Thriller, he grew from teenybopper, to pop star, to smooth soul crooner, and was a spellbinding dancer throughout. Despite his tragic death, Michael Jackson continues to be a global sensation. But which Michael Jackson song was your favorite?

We've been keeping track of All Time Low all this month on "Posted" as the group crosses the country on the Bamboozle Roadshow. Also checking in with us? Their tourmates, Forever The Sickest Kids. Check out another tour blog from Kyle Burns. And get more behind-the-scenes footage from Bamboozle, along with tweets, photos and videos at Posted.mtv.com.

Whattup again!

Coming again to you live from the Bamboozle Roadshow, where dreams come true and the TRUTH HURTS. And by saying that, I have no idea what point I was trying to get across. It actually sounds like something a WWE wrestler would say. Not a drummer.

ANYWAYS, things are going great! I have been really enjoying this tour so much. I meet someone new every day that is part of this tour, and one piece of advice i could share is that name repetition really does help remember someone's name -- especially if you are part of a tour for more than a month, and there are close to maybe 400 traveling people on it, including crew, vendors, band members, etc.)

For instance, in the pics below is a photo of me and "Gold Robot." It took me several
embarrassing days to get his name right. Gold Robot. Gold Robot. Gold Robot. I get to hang with him every day at the LMFAO show. One of my favorites of the tour!

In the other photos as well are Boys Like Girls rockin' hard. They are an amazing band and have gotten the chance to really get to know those guys. Great performers!

The other photo of the empty amphitheater is one of my favorite times of the day. (WARNING: incoming emo moment). After seeing thousands of people every day, I go on the empty stage at night when all has left, sometimes .ith friends, but most of the time alone and kick it for a moment. I get to reflect on how surreal these days truly are to me and FTSK. I cant believe we went from playing songs in a garage to playing shows on a stage for so many. So amazing and it makes one appreciate every day and all the friends and fans of our band. So thank you to all who have come to hang and party with us at a show!

Now, where were we? Oh yeah, here's a picture also of us watching All Time Low burn stuff on a beach area. Those guys are really fun to hang with and joke with. I am usually graced with the presence with at least one of the band members on stage during our set every day. They make great target practice for throwing drumsticks.

And the last photo I included is one of our crew members, Ricardo, showing his appreciation toward Caleb. How nice.

Until we talk again MTV-ers!

Yesterday we hipped you to The-Dream's fabulous middle finger of a breakup song, "Florida University." And today, we get another product of his Love King album: the video for "Makeup Bag," featuring T.I.

"Makeup Bag," starts off with some silent film-era style credits, telling us that The-Dream will be appearing in the role of "Claxton Back." The whole silent film thing gets thrown out when, well, The-Dream starts talking in the first scene. And man does he talk, gabbing with someone known as "M.T. Pockets" about $5,000 suits and hater-repellent cologne.

The song itself is a throwback to the minimal snap music of Ying Yang Twins, at least in terms of its beat. The-Dream serenades a singer on the stage, played by model Selita Ebanks, and generally flosses around various locales like a nightclub and a boutique. It's in the latter location where he's joined by T.I., who ups the testosterone factor by rapping about Harry Winston jewelry. It's all a lot of fun, and it doesn't take itself tremendously seriously.

Check out the "Makeup Bag" video below. Love King is out June 29.

A year ago today, Michael Jackson passed away at age 50.

He left behind an incredible body of work, a legacy unsurpassed by any other entertainment and legions of shocked fans throughout the world.

Among those fans, of course, were other musicians who grew up and were inspired musically by Michael Jackson. Artists such as Drake, who was in Toronto when he heard the news that Michael Jackson had died; Kelly Rowland, who was in New York City; and The Game.

"It was somebody that you just don't picture not being here," Drake said, reflecting on Michael Jackson's death. "... He's a childhood icon. He seemed invincible. I'd love to do a quarter of what Michael Jackson did, which was change the world."

J. Cole recalled that "the man literally gave his life to entertain... He gave his life for that. He couldn't live a normal life because of that."

Kelly Rowland recalls crying uncontrollably and reflected upon Michael Jackson's transcendent qualities. "Michael is a magician. He made so many of us believe and dream. He is the most amazing entertainer to me of all time," Kelly reflected. "He gave us so many great songs of all time, so we thank you and love you and miss you so much, Michael."

Sir Elton John held his annual White Tie and Tiara Ball last night in Windsor, England. And what's a girl to wear to the esteemed event, which raised millions of dollars for Elton John's AIDS foundation? Well if you're Lady Gaga, who also performed at Elton John's ball, you wear a pearl-covered Latex Francesco Scognamiglio see-through dress with strategic cutouts at your "Woohoo," plus a white lace bra and undies (for good measure), an amazing blonde bouffant and a bejeweled Viktor & Rolf catcher's mask. Plus white, sky-high custom-made heels by Noritaka Tatehana, the same designer who made her footwear in the "Alejandro" video. But that's all probably just obvious at this point, is it not?

First there was Hanson, and we were happy. Then came the Jonas Brothers, and we were excited. Now, the next in the long and storied history of fraternal boy bands comes Burnham, made up of brothers Alex, Andre and Forrest Burnham.

Burnham was born when the Vermont brothers turned their parents' living room into a rehearsal space for multihour jam sessions. They caught the attention of Island Def Jam, with a sound that skews much more rock than the aforementioned bands of brothers.

Still, despite sophisticated musical chops, Burnham still retain some youthful, innocent qualities. And that's what makes them special; that killer combination of adult sounds through the prism of teenage voices, particularly in their breakout single,  "Catch Me If You Can."

Following a well-proven songwriting formula beloved by everyone from Nirvana to Kelly Clarkson ("Catch Me If You Can" actually feels like an updated, male-driven "Since U Been Gone"), Burnham's highly capable of quickly transitioning from moodily quiet to powerfully loud with aplomb, rocking out during the surging chorus.

On the upcoming debut album, which the group has been working on with Ryan Tedder, expect sophisticated, stick-with-you, hook-heavy tracks that defy their years. And expect to hear a lot more about these boys: They're about to head out on tour with Justin Bieber.

After a long week that involved performing at the MuchMusic Awards in Canada, getting 17 stitches after a dance disaster, changing hair styles more frequently than most people change undies, and being seriously -- and understandably jet lagged -- you'd think Katy Perry would just wanna crawl into bed and take the nap to end all naps. But you'd be wrong. Last night, on her way out of a recording studio in London, Katy Perry stopped to chat with a crowd of onlookers, take photos and thank the fans who helped make "California Gurls" one of the hottest songs of the summer, not to mention the top song on the Billboard Hot 100. Katy Perry, do you EVER sleep?

Tokio Hotel's 2010 tour may be over, but that doesn't mean it's turning off the lights and locking up Humanoid City. Quite the contrary. Tokio Hotel just dropped a brand-new video for "Darkside Of The Sun," which is a performance video that a) fulfills your desire for another Tokio Hotel video and b) gives you a little piece of the group's upcoming live CD/DVD, Humanoid City (July 20) to look forward to.

"Darkside Of The Sun," shot mainly in Milan, Italy, features Tokio Hotel's very "Close Encounters Of The Third Kind"-meets-Gotham City set, holy sh** special effects (TOM'S PIANO ON FIRE! U2 PopMart-leaning graphics!), Bill Kaulitz's unbelievable DSquared warrior robot costume and several shots of a crying blonde.

It's a classic performance video in the vein of Guns N' Roses' "Paradise City," or, more recent, Paramore's "Careful" video. And it's a perfect way to close out Tokio's "Humanoid City" tour.

+ Watch "Darkside Of The Sun" and tell us what you think of Tokio Hotel's new video!

Earlier today we marveled at Hipster Beyoncé: a totally relaxed, carefree and casual Ms. Knowles, hanging out in New York City. And here we have Katy Perry, strolling through London, just yesterday afternoon (possibly going undercover as Russell Brand -- the tight pants! The long loose hair?).

I think we have a trend on our hands. It seems like these ladies are drawing a line in the sand between their celebrity personas (as in their onstage getups and the costumes they wear in their videos) and their real lives. I'm talking duality of existence, people! I'm also talking cute hats!

Maybe these gals are just like, "Eff wearing 11-inch heels and stunner shades and a pound of makeup. I love me just the way I am." Or maybe, in the face of Lady Gaga's fall heard round the world, yesterday ...

Our lady stars are being just a little more practical in their everyday attire.

Check out Katy Perry in a far less functional outfit in her "California Gurls" video.
