Below are some of our more distinguished Old Sandroydians.  Newcomers to Sandroyd may wonder why they are all male - that is because we did not go co-ed until September 2004!

The dates refer to their time at Sandroyd

Forgive the quality of some of the photographs but they can be very hard to track down!

Police from the Surrey Constabulary Headquarters were rushed to Sandroyd School, near Cobham, Surrey, where Prince Peter the new boy King is at school unaware of the death of his father.
The police guard outside the school, stop a car for enquiries.

This photo is related to Prince Peter (later Peter II of Yugoslavia or Petar Karadjordjevic ) and the death by assassination of King Alexander I of Yugoslavia, his father.
