Requirements: Candidate should possess Degree;
- MUST have experience within the oil & gas, shipbuilding, fabrication or onshore construction;
- MUST have more than 10 years relevant working experience of procurement;
- Select, validate and evaluate project suppliers, negotiate on specific contracts in line with company standards;
- Must have experience for concluding contract with subcontractors for construction, design & drawing, transportation, charter party, manpower supply & rented equipments.
- Strong leadership skills
- Database Procurement System (SAP or other ERP) experience is a plus; Strong analytical and proficiency in MS Office Software (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Possess good communication skills, self motivated and dynamic; Good team player, able to work independently and under pressure;
- Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, service orientation and good interpersonal skills;

- Purchases production maerials, equipment, parts, supplies and services as directed.
- Assures suppliers meet with all company and customer quality standards.
- Obtains quotations from suppliers and negotiates pricing and terms.
- Coordinates and expedites materials, quantities and delivery dates.
