We have created Norwich Trails - a new series of historic walking trail booklets covering various geographic areas and themes relating to the city‘s past, to help you explore Norwich‘s outstanding heritage by foot.
The pocketable booklets are beautifully illustrated guides which cover the historic highlights of these areas and some of their hidden gems, including historic images and a map of the trail.

There are currently four booklets available:
- Cathedral Quarter and Elm Hill
- Norwich Lanes
- Timberhill
- Wensum River Parkway
Each is priced at £1.95. The entire sets are available from Jarrold, Norwich Tourist Information Centre and Colman‘s Mustard Shop & Museum (shortly also available online). They are also available from various local shops around Norwich.
The booklets have been written by HEART‘s volunteer coordinator Nick Williams and designed by Anne Reekie. They are part of HEART‘s local distinctiveness work in the two areas, funded by the East of England Development Agency.

We will be developing further booklets for the series over the coming months. If you have any suggestions for a suitable subject or theme of a future trail please email .
