SharingMatrix and Getright Configuration Keep getting file not found on server

I know its me an not the software. I have 3 premium accounts on Rapidshare, Depositfiles and SharingMatrix

Rapidshare works just fine out of the box but on Sharingmatrix I have to click through using the hotlink and it only gives me the choice of "save as" to my PC. When I right click and try to download the file using using getright it takes me to the file is not found on the server issues. I've tried ( I think) to put the login/passwords into the various areas and also allow cookies etc but still can't get any joy. Its the same for depositfiles when I try to resume a download if I stop it..." File not found on server".

Any idiots guide for setting this up.
