Sixers sign Tony Battie

Ed Stefanski announced the signing of center Tony Battie, saying that he will "give us additional depth in the front court while also providing a valuable veteran presence." Battie (6' 11", 240 lbs) has played 12 seasons, averaging 6.4 points, 5.3 rebounds and 0.9 blocks in 772 games with 418 starts. Full Story | News Conference
