Free Initial Consultation Policy:

Bankruptcy cases: Clients contemplating or seeking a bankruptcy may have one initial consultation, in-office, that lasts for no more than one hour.

For Family Law Cases: I offer a free 15-minute phone call to consult with you about your case. If you would like to set-up a full consultation in my office for one-hour, I charge $150 (my usual hourly rate) for that consultation. However, if you retain me within 30 days by signing a fee agreement and paying the required initial retainer, then I will credit that $150 back to your account, meaning the one-hour consultation becomes a free consultation.

For All Other Cases: I offer a free 15-minute phone call to consult with you about your case. If you would like to set-up a full consultation in my office for one-hour, I charge $150 (my usual hourly rate) for that consultation.
