The Hatters' pre-season schedule continues unabated this evening with a trip to face Southern League Division One Central side Marlow.

After receiving a number of enquiries, supporters have wondered why Marlow?

Well the story behind tonight's friendly signifies the opening chapter in the Luton Town story that began 125 years ago against the Buckinghamshire side, then known as Great Marlow.

And during a season in which we are proudly celebrating our 125th anniversary, Marlow have kindly agreed to take on Richard Money's side at their Oak Tree Road ground to commemorate the first page in Hatters history.

Together with the Blues we hope as many Hatters fans as possible make the short trip and those in attendance will be in for a surprise that will leave them tickled pink...
