Here are some tips to remember when trying to log in to BigPond WebMail and My BigPond:
- Your username and password are both case sensitive, so it matters which letters are in capitals
- Check that you're not holding down the 'shift' key for both letters and numbers
- Your log-on username and password and your e-mail username and password are the SAME. Make sure that you are using the same password
At the moment we do not have an online facility to recover or reset your password, so if you have forgotten or lost your password you will have to call BigPond Billing on 13 POND (137663 Option 3) (opening hours 8am - 9:30pm Mon - Fri, 8am - 8pm Sat - Sun AEST) to have it reset.

How do I access WebMail and My BigPond?
You’re able to log in from the BigPond home page. In the login module, choose WebMail or My BigPond, type your email address  and password and select Login.
