Minimum:One Unit = Rs 10000.00 (Refundable) and multiples thereof. (1 USD = 50 Rupees aprox)

BENEFITS
REBATE ON ADVANCE BOOKING AMOUNT:
25% Quarterly (8% - 10% per month) from the date of activation, Payable Quarterly for 1 Year (Every 3 months).
REFUND OF ADVANCE BOOKING AMOUNT:
On completion of 12 months as per table shown below.

BUSINESS ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP:
Every individuals booking land in our project are BUSINESS ASSOCIATES in Mathew Group Companies.
LIFETIME ROYALTY FOR BUSINESS ASSOCIATES:
A Business Associate completing the period of 24 months from the date of activation is eligible for a LIFETIME ROYALTY for life time and paid in every 3 months.
LIFETIME ROYALTY is based on MATHEW GROUP companies' lifetime business and profits.
LIFETIME BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY:
PROMOTIONAL BENEFITS FOR BUSINESS ASSOCIATES: (NOT COMPULSORY, ONLY FOR THOSE WHO NEED ADDITIONAL INCOME)
- Referral Commission: 10% of the advance booking amount promoted by a Business Associate will be paid as referral commission within 7 working days from the date of activation of the new member.
- Promotional Royalty: 10% of the Lifetime Royalty paid to the members referred by a member will be given as promotional royalty for lifetime.
PAYMENT SECURITY:
Stamp Paper Agreement between Company and Client for the advance booking amount.
PAY OUT METHOD:
Bank Transfer/Demand Draft.
PROCEDURE FOR BOOKING:

Send the payment along with the Documentation charges of Rs 500/- per booking to be sent by DD favouring MATHEW REALTORS PVT LTD, Payable at Palakkad, Kerala, to the Registered Office of the company, by Courier/Speed post to the following address, or deposit in our bank account and inform us by email or phone with the details of transaction.
