2.8lbs? What a joke. They totally missed the point of this type of laptop. My 12" laptop is approximately 3lbs (so .2lbs more than the HP), has insanely better specs (compared to the HP of course) and didn't cost that much more than the higher end HP models. I'm sorry but they really really missed the point on this class of notebooks. Price, weight, OS, and even the specs are inadequate for a laptop of this breed.
