My Diabetes Moments …past 24 hours – I’m have Type 2 Diabetes … and I had a REALLY good set of numbers last week.
Here is the link to my “Food Dairy” that shows the nutrient ratios that helped deliver the results. Over a month’s worth of data. Very low carb, high protein and high fat.
