New Jersey Shore member Deena left bloodied after slide ride goes horribly wrong

Jersey Shore's new addition Deena Nicole Cortese is already bringing the drama as she injures herself while riding the Super Slide at an amusement park, while out with her new castmates.
The 23-year-old former waitress was riding the slide in a potato sack with Snooki and The Situation when she made a bad turn and slid on her front, scraping her knee and causing it to bleed.
Deena was upset at first and even passed on riding with her veteran castmates again as she was being tended to by the first aider who bandaged up her injury.

But by the time it had been fixed, the newbie was laughing again with Snooki and took it all in her stride.
Wearing short denim shorts, a black tee and large sunglasses, Deena
was wiped down by The Situation - who showed off his sensitive side.

The sexy muscle man then raced Deena on the go-carts, but that opened up the wound again as the bandage fell off.
This didn't stop her from going on other rides and jumping on the
trampoline though. She was certainly enjoying the attention that comes
with being a new reality TV star.
The New Jersey native landed a spot on the third season of the hit reality show after being invited by her best friend Snooki.
'Well, me and Snooki have been friends for, like, two years now, and, you know, she needed a partner in crime', she explained.
'She said she’s bored sometimes, and she was like, “You’re down on the shore all the time,” which I am, because I live 20 minutes from it. So I was like, “Yo, girl, I’m totally down to come with you. I’ll pack my bags. Let’s do this.”'

Deena has stated her disappointed at not being given a trademark nickname yet like her other mates on the MTV show - The Situation, J-Woww, Snooki and Vinny.
One suggestion so far has been The Holiday because she says she is a
'walking holiday' or maybe a limping holiday for the next few days after
her knee injury.
The gang are back filming in Seaside Heights, New Jersey after taking a break from the 'Shore', filming in Miami last season.
Jersey Shore is now the No. 1 show on cable TV in the US just ahead of America's Got Talent.

Isn't there something more exciting happening in England? Maybe paint drying somewhere? We would love to send them over -- we would even pay for a one-way ticket! These "people" do not represent America's youth -- THANK GOD!!!
