Leicester City are set to sign Dutch right back Michael Lamey on a free transfer subject to international clearance. Lamey has been on trial at the club for the past couple of weeks and has now secured a permanent move to the Walkers.

Lamey played in City's 2-1 friendly defeat to Sunderland at the Walkers Stadium.

Lamey, 30, has spent time at a number of Dutch clubs including PSV Eindhoven, Utrecht and AZ Alkmaar but has played for German side Arminia Bielefield for the past two seasons, making nearly 50 appearances.

The Dutchman will become Paulo Sousa's fourth summer signing after already agreeing deals for Miguel Vitor, Leon Crncic and Moreno.
