Anyone heading to Stamford Bridge for tomorrow's Barclays Premier League clash with Stoke City may appreciate the following information.

If you're planning on using London Underground services to get to the station then be aware the District Line will be closed between Barking and Upminster.

There will be no service between Wembley Park and Stratford on the Jubilee Line and South Harrow and Uxbridge on the Piccadilly Line.

The Metropolitan Line will be suspended between Northwood, Watford, Amersham and Chesham while the entire Victoria Line and Waterloo and City Line will be closed this weekend. There will be replacement buses running for all Underground lines experiencing engineering works.

There will be no DLR service between Stratford and Bow Church this Saturday and London Overground will have rail replacement buses running between Gospel Oak and Stratford.

National Rail users should note there'll be no Chiltern Railways service between Marylebone and Great Missenden.

First Capital Connect trains will not be operating across central London this weekend. Trains will run to and from London Bridge from the south and to and from St Pancras from the north.

National Express East Anglia trains from Stratford to Cambridge will be diverted to Liverpool Street, without calling at Stratford.

Supporters driving to the stadium will be pleased to hear there are no major roadworks planned within the vicinity of the stadium, although you are advised to check your route before departure through the AA or RAC websites.
