Registration Form can be found here (Registration Form: word and pdf). All courses at Tri-Valley University can be registered on-line. Steps for class registration are as follows:

Step 1 Create an Account

Click here to create a new account for you at Tri-Valley University. The user name and password you created here will be the same for all your academic record, such as study plan as well as transcript. We would suggest that you create the account with you first name initial plus your last name. After you fill out the new account form with your details, an email will be immediately sent to your email address. Click on the web link it contains,Your account will be confirmed and you will be logged in.

Step 2 Register Class

Now you can register class at the Tri-Valley University course site. Click the class you would like to register, it will prompt you to the log-in page. You can log-in now with the ID and passwd which you just created. After log-in, it will prompt to the payment page. Click "Send payment via PayPal" button, will lead you to Tri-Valley University's PayPal page. On the left side, is the credit card section under "Don't have a Paypal account" and on the right is the "Log in to PayPal" button if you already have a PayPal account, and would like to pay with PayPal. After the payment, a receipt will be generated and E-mail to you immediately. After the payment process, you will be prompted in the classroom of the class you register. The classes need to register one by one, but after the registration, all of the enrolled classes will show up in your account.

Step 3 Access Your Class

You can access your class weekly after log-in your account. All of classes you registered will be on your list, and you can click the class to access the weekly classroom. A manual can be found here.

There are several ways of making the payment:

1. Make full payment on-line as described above by creating a TVU account, and click the courses and make payment.

2. Installment plan: there are 3 installment plan available (three installments ( $1000 + $900 + $850), only pay the first installment of $1000 at the registration, and the rest due by the 10th week of the term, create a TVU account, and make the installment payment at the "On-Line Tuition and Fee Payment" section.

3. You can also make your full or installment payment by directly wire transferring to Tri-Valley University's account:

5. Call us at : 925 202 9538 or 925 353 5798 to make payment by manually process the credit card with the credit card machine.
