LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian are taking the next step in their relationship - he's moving in. "It just made sense for them," a source tells People. "Eddie's lease was up and LeAnn's home was bigger and already familiar to Eddie's sons." (Cibrian shares custody of Mason, 7, and Jake, 3, with his ex, model Brandi Glanville.) "It's somewhere the kids know and it allows Mason to stay in the same school district, which was important to them, that there's continuity for him," the source says. "They take [moving in with the kids] with a lot of responsibility. They want to make sure that it was done in the right way. »

Lindsay Lohan Completes First Weekend In Jail

23 hours ago | Access Hollywood | See recent Access Hollywood news »

Lindsay Lohan just completed her first weekend in lockup, and it was a quiet one as she was allowed no visitors.

Having used up her one-hour-a-week allotment of visits from friends and family, Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, said the actress was longing for her loved ones.

"She obviously wants to see her family," Holley told Access Hollywood on her way into the jail on Monday. "It was hard for her not to be able to see her family over the weekend."

Holley was Lohan's only visitor this weekend, and she saw the actress on Saturday, Sunday ...

Edith Vogelhut: Roman Polanski Raped, Drugged, Handcuffed Me

2 hours ago | Huffington Post | See recent Huffington Post news »

Another woman has come forward claiming Roman Polanski brutally raped her at Jack Nicholson's house, the same place he raped 13-year-old Samantha Geimer in 1977. Edith Vogelhut tells Radaronline.com that she went to Nicholson's house with Polanski after a dinner party one night in 1974. They had a drink and as she prepared to have sex with him, Polanski drugged, handcuffed and anally raped her repeatedly. "I kind of knew that we're going to have sex, but I didn't expect anything out of the ordinary...I did not expect to be sodomized," she said. Vogelhut, a former model and Glamour magazine editor, was 21 at the time of the alleged crime. She filed a report with the Los Angeles District Attorney in May and now has spoken to Radar as well. My Own Trip South of the Border: Part 2

2 hours ago | Huffington Post | See recent Huffington Post news »

Read Part 1 of this series in response to Oliver Stone's South of the Border. Last week, I spoke with a technology expert who fled Venezuela fearing for his life and who now is seeking asylum in the Us after he created a system for verifying election results. It created a lot of discussion, which I welcome. With elections for the National Assembly approaching and the voting system suspect and intimidation from the Chavez government institutionalized, the need for a free media is paramount. The last remaining independent broadcast outlet, Globovision is being taken over, as is the Catholic Church's radio station. Yet, only last week, Oliver Stone, acting as Chavez's de facto Minister of Propaganda said on the BBC, "There is no pattern of closing down anything..." with relation to an independent media. However, according to Human Rights Watch: President Hugo Chavez »

Radar's David Perel recounted Grigorieva's claims to Access Hollywood's Billy Bush on Tuesday.

Cameron Douglas's Life Is in Danger

2 hours ago | Huffington Post | See recent Huffington Post news »

Cameron Douglas -- who recently received a reduced sentence (from 10 years to five) in exchange for his cooperation -- is now likely to face a very tough time in prison. The NY Post reported yesterday that "Douglas Ratted on Dealers." Cameron's suppliers were charged with drug trafficking and face life sentences if convicted. Cameron, the son of actor Michael Douglas, is currently serving time at Lewisberg's minimum security prison camp in Pennsylvania. From my experience as someone who served 12 years in New York's Sing Sing state prison -- one of the most dangerous prisons in America -- I know that Cameron Douglas is in a world of trouble. Once a prisoner is labeled as a "snitch," their life in prison suddenly changes and is in immediate danger. In prison a snitch is frowned upon and is at »

Matthew and Ryan Bring Their Big Guns to Join Marisa on Set

Matthew McConaughey showed off his toned arms and pearly whites between scenes on the set of The Lincoln Lawyer in La yesterday. His costar, Marisa Tomei, joined him for filming and Ryan Phillippe showed up later in the day sporting his leg brace. Matthew started shooting scenes with Ryan last week and while the guys both look good, most of you agree on who you think is the hotter leading man. Matthew may not be the sexier of the two, but he's still in competition with Josh Brolin for a role opposite Hilary Swank in Dreams of a Dying Heart. "The media are constantly making up stories and it's just hard to know if you can trust a guy who has fame," she told Heat. "I'd rather be with someone who's not in the public eye - I think it just makes it easier, and I don't know, there's so much that comes along with it. (more) »

Crazy Heart to Depression, Ryan Bingham Is More Than an Oscar-Winner

2 hours ago | Huffington Post | See recent Huffington Post news »

Ryan Bingham used to be a bull rider, like his grandfather, and was on the rodeo circuit for several years. However, he points out that you can't ride a bull half-assed, so when he had to choose between the rodeo and music, music won. But an adrenaline junky still needs a fix, so he took up surfing. Riding waves may be a lot like riding bulls. Bingham has had a circus ride of a year. He picked up the best song Golden Globe and Oscar for "The Weary Kind" from the film Crazy Heart. He describes the six-month-long award season, from nominations to ceremony, as "surreal" madness. "It was like being on another planet," he adds with a laugh. "It was exciting and shocking that we won." An Oscar is a good little award to put a musician on the »

Dark Blue: What a Difference a Year Makes!

2 hours ago | Huffington Post | See recent Huffington Post news »

When the Dylan McDermott TV series Dark Blue premiered on TNT last year it became my least favorite show of the network's offerings. The Closer, Hawthorne, Leverage; they all were better and more entertaining. Dark Bluewas too dark in its story of undercover cops. It also seemed to waste the talent and charisma of McDermott. Plus the supporting cast seemed to be struggling to find the heart and soul of their characters. In short nothing worked. What a difference a year makes. The show is coming back and it is coming back like gangbusters. The actual look of the show seems brighter; the supporting cast seems more assured; best of all McDermott has found his mojo. He now exudes sex appeal and all it took was a little helper named Helfer. Yes Tricia Helfer has joined the cast and she is »

Lindsay Lohan: Easy to Be Hard

2 hours ago | Huffington Post | See recent Huffington Post news »

Joan Rivers is right about Lindsay Lohan. Sadly, her comment that Ms. Lohan will not survive another ten years of her current lifestyle appears reasonable and prescient. But equally troubling is the punitive call to lock her up and punish her. This is outrageous envy and hateful herd mentality toward someone who "should" be grateful for what the public has given her, but is not following that script. Lindsay Lohan is mentally unwell. I know the term "mental illness" sounds as harsh as Joan Rivers does to the average ear. However, while Joan is a comedian who cares, as a therapist, I am not interested in using terms like "mental illness" glibly or to trash talk for shock value. People seem to exclusively be hooked on the substance abuse angle of Lohan's story. Substance abuse »

The Club in Your Face: The Social Network

2 hours ago | Huffington Post | See recent Huffington Post news »

I'm not one to write extensively about movie trailers. Though seductive, and often artfully created, they are, after all, teases. And all too often, tedious, loud, inane teases. Or worse, false advertising. But every once in a while, a trailer will come along that gets to me -- socks me in my soft underbelly and actually makes me think. Or worry. Or dread. Or experience something that I'm not even sure I can articulate. And why should I? I haven't  watched the movie yet. Such is the case with David Fincher's haunting two and a half minutes on Facebook -- The Social Network. Just as Fincher's superb, salient Fight Club (more so than Chuck Palahniuk's own novel) was darkly humorous, cynical and heartbreaking enough to reveal, within its own time, that the New World Order created by Tyler Durden/insomniac »
