blazer me too, I was trying to keep it simple.

I say Terri Horman is innocent and I do not believe Terri did it from all the evidence I have seen so far. I believe a perpetrator took Kyron Horman from Skyline School because the school failed to protect Kyron. The evidence and friends tell me Terri is 100% innocent.

Show me the evidence that convinces me beyond a reasonable doubt and I will say Terri Horman is guilty. Terri Horman is innocent until proven guilty. The school is liable either way for not following the laws.

A PI and a Special Master Judge should be appointed after Kaine Horman files a liability lawsuit against the Skyline school, state of Oregon and unknown number of John Doe who took Kyron Horman from school. Special Master Judge to over see the case as a criminal investigation is going on but the judge see all evidence gathered by LE for the civil case keeps the evidence sealed for trial with a parallel investigation with new eyes on the case. There is a conflict of interest between The school and the Sheriff because they both work for the state of oregon.

Federal Government is the deep pocket in this case along with the state of Oregon and the school district insurance policy.

With a video like that from the school district this case will never go to trial it will settle out of court. I feel real torqued every time I watch that video and know the taking of Kyron Horman from Skyline School could have been prevented by following all school laws, policy, and procedures of the Department of Education.

Superintendent Carole Smith said they will institute the dialer and attendance procedures now that they lost Kyron. This is an admission of guilt by the school district. Every point she covered is laws this school was not following plus not watching a 7 year student at school for 2 hours when school opened at 8 am. Guilty as charged for the school if the state of Oregon cannot pay the liability claim the Federal government will.

The schools are not following the school busing laws as they want to put it back on the parents always but the law is different that the procedures schools call their policy and that is why they lose at lawsuit time because the school did not follow the all the school laws that they know very well. Then the school lost Kyron and they are now going to follow the law and hope for a smaller liability payout.

Schools sometimes set their own rules but, the Federal and State and School grounds laws and busing laws are all judges look at trial for a lawsuit. Some school districts that have been burned in lawsuits require all students to ride the school bus so they arrive together and leave together to limit the school liability and lowers the insurance payments for school districts as a cost savings. If someone goes home sick then they send the student home in a minibus. This way the school has control of the students and are ready to watch the students when they arrive at school.
