1000 True Fans survey

This survey is to determine the needs of creators towards a view of creating a 1000 True Fans-based artist management/development business. However, I've switched classes, so the results aren't needed urgently. I have received interest by Kevin Kelly's crew for the results, so I'll leave it open.
