Decatur's Kilowatt Crackdown: Neighborhood Challenge launches Oct. 1st, 2010. The Decatur neighborhood that reduces its electricity use during October and November by the highest percentage over this same time period last year will win an eco-friendly block party for everyone who participated. Neighborhoods must sign up at least 10 people to participate. *If you're not registered for a Georgia Power online account, visit www.georgiapower.com to register.
