Sporting Events

APRA offers the following licences to sporting codes and organisations or individuals organising sporting events:

  • Annual sporting code agreement
    Covers the public performance of music during the course of a sporting code season. Licence fees are calculated on the number of people admitted to each event.

  •  Sporting event/one-off licence
    Covers the public performance of music at the sporting event. Licence fees vary depending on the nature of performances that occur during the event and are subject to a minimum fee of $55.00.

Where appropriate, APRA|AMCOS licence fees are subject to an automatic annual adjustment in accordance with the percentage rise in the Consumer Price Index (All Groups Sydney, September Quarter).
