Duncan Huisman will join Pertti Kuismanen in the Mad Croc Racing Corvette C6.R for the three remaining rounds of the 2010 FIA GT1 World Championship season. The Dutchman will take the seat vacated by Oliver Gavin, who announced he would quit the championship last month.

Huisman, who is still battling for the title in this years HTC Dutch GT4 Championship in the Ekris Motorsport BMW M3 GT4, is happy to be able to compete at World Championship level in the final three rounds in Spain, Brazil and Argentina.

“I was approached during the race at the Nurburgring. The team still had a different driver then, but had a lot of bad luck this season. Pertti is super motivated. The level in GT1 is very high so it will not be easy. But it is a very nice opportunity to compete in three races with this car and this team.”

Huisman will make his World Championship debut at the Circuito de Navarra on October 23/24.
