Akron Aeros
A seven-run seventh inning gave the Aeros (71-71) a victory at Erie, Pa., in their final game of the season. The big hit in the inning was a three-run home run by catcher Juan Apodaca, his fourth, that gave the Aeros a 4-2 lead.
