Dress

Starting at the upper edge with Gold yarn – ch 22 – join to form a circle – ch 2.

Upper Body + Straps

R1: Join White yarn to the 12^th st from upper center back with a ch 3 – dc in @ st around – do not join – turn – ch 3.

R2: Dc the next [3] sts together – ch 6 – skipping the next 4 sts – dc the next 6 sts – ch 6 – skipping the next 4 sts – dc the remaining [4] sts together – finish off yarn.

Cape

With White yarn – ch 9 – turn.

R1: Dc in the 4^th ch from hook, dc in @ ch across – turn – ch 4. (7) sts
