Sponsor a Fun-Filled Event or Become a Corporate Zoo Sponsor 

Oakland Zoo offers alliance opportunities for corporations, to include:  sponsorship, cause-marketing, alliance marketing and advertising. We seek partners having similar missions, sharing multiple marketing and communication goals. We deliver consumer loyalty, a family friendly sales climate, year-round benefits, international conservation ties and community roots.

Partnership Alliances

There is a range of opportunities for your business to get involved with Oakland Zoo, from employee volunteerism to underwriting one of our major events or programs. Working with Oakland Zoo as a partner is a distinctive and rewarding way for your business to gain a variety of benefits. Partners are given the opportunity to appear on event or program collateral, appear on our website, and in our ROAR! magazine. Select partners will have an opportunity to appear on our Highway 580 billboard, seen by millions on their way to work each day. 

 
Sponsor a Program
Educational and conservation programs at the Oakland Zoo are supported in part by sponsorships from foundations, corporations, and individuals. Opportunities abound for support including in-kind donations and financial contributions, and cover programs like ZooSchool, our fun summer long ZooCamp, and our community outreach program Zoo-to-Community. Many wonderful recognition opportunites also exist with these programs. Additional sponsorships not listed below include the Arroyo Viejo Creek restoration, our Conservation Speaker Series, and numerous events happening throughout the year. Corporate Sponsors

Many local corporations support the Zoo, including underwriting events, contributing to the annual fund, providing employee volunteers and through product donations. As a non-profit entity, the Zoo relies on these corporate partners to keep our costs down and the Zoo affordable to all. We strive to provide corporations with an opportunity to show their dedication to the local community through these partnerships. Recognition opportunites include: ROAR magazine, website, annual fund donor board, the annual report and more.

 
Support Capital Needs

An important part of the mission of the Oakland Zoo is to provide the best care for our animals. In order to continue to be a leader in animal care and habitat design, the Oakland Zoo must keep ahead of current standards for animal enclosures. Below are a few of our pressing capital needs. Event Marketing
Oakland Zoo has a myriad of special events, educational programs, conservation programs and volunteer programs available for sponsorship. Every season offers unique programs for thematic branding, product sampling and press recognition within a family venue.
