BigPond Wireless Broadband Member Benefit: You must have a Telstra full service fixed phone on a Single Bill with your wireless broadband service, with a combined monthly access fee of at least $59.
BigPond Wireless Broadband Multiple Product Benefit: You must be eligible for the $10 BigPond Wireless Broadband Member Benefit plus have an eligible additional service on your Single Bill, with a combined monthly access fee for all services of at least $89. Eligible additional services are a BigPond ADSL/Cable Broadband service, a FOXTEL from Telstra service or a Telstra post-paid mobile.

Wireless broadband devices
You need to select either a wireless broadband USB or a Network Gateway to connect to a BigPond Wireless Broadband service.
Once you have selected your device, you will be unable to change or switch between device types. This does not prevent USB customers upgrading to a faster USB and similarly for Network Gateway customers. Customers who select a new 24 month plan will receive a device rebate of up to $299 depending on which device you select.
