Shia LaBeouf allegedly committed a heinous and egregious vehicle infraction -- stuffing his pickup truck into a compact parking space and pissing off some guy in a Porsche. Quick, call the FBI.
It all went down last weekend at an L.A. shopping center where Shia's cockeyed parking job ended up blocking the Porsche's driver side door. It's definitely a dangerously tight fit, but it also looks like Porsche dude could've crawled through his passenger side door and took off.
Instead, he shot video, snitched Shia out to a mall cop ... and waited 40 minutes for Shia to return and face intense questioning.
For the first time in months, Mel Gibson kinda, sorta, maybe cracked what may have been a smile last night ... as he drove out of his L.A. office building.
Sheree Whitfield from "Real Housewives of Atlanta" better have a Schwinn lying around -- because TMZ has learned her precious Aston Martin was seized this weekend ... after she allegedly screwed over a former ally.
The people behind the seizure are Whitfield's former divorce lawyer, who sued the reality star -- and won -- after she stiffed them out of more than $110,000 in legal fees.
A rep for the lawyer tells TMZ they still haven't received the money -- so this weekend, they had the local sheriff's department snatch the car up as payment.
So now Sheree's short one husband ... AND one Aston Martin.
Sheree tells TMZ she thinks the judgment against her is unfair -- but adds, "It's okay, it's a car, I'll get another one."

You'd think with a name like Axl -- dude would have some respect for a quality automobile -- instead Mr. Rose is accused of beating the hell out of a $192k Bentley.
The Guns N' Roses singer is being sued over a 2006 Bentley Flying Spur -- a pretty badass ride.
According to a lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Axl leased the car through Bentley Financial Services back in 2005 -- then flaked on $73,976.42 in payments and fees.
But here's the rub ... Bentley claims when Axl returned the car (several months past the actual due date) -- the car had some serious damage including:
-- Cracked windshield -- Two damaged tires -- Broken glass on the left rear tail light -- Two dented doors -- Gouged bumper
Plus, Bentley says Axl turned in a "mismatched spare key" and a "broken remote key" -- and he was 42,397 miles over his contracted limit.
Bentley wants Axl to fork over the $73k ASAP ... including $91 for a missing key.
Eva Longoria was behind the wheel during a two-car smash-up tonight in Hollywood ... TMZ has learned.
According to law enforcement sources, the "Desperate Housewives" hottie was driving on busy Hollywood Blvd when someone suddenly turned in front of her. Eva was unable to avoid the car and collided with it.
We're told both Eva and the other driver had very minor injuries -- no one went to the hospital -- and the accident is under investigation ... however the early indication is Eva won't be on the hook for the damage.
Eva's restaurant, Beso, isn't far from where the accident happened. Calls to her rep were not immediately returned.
Jesse James' Southern California bike operation has officially hit the skids -- TMZ has confirmed the celebrity gearhead is shutting down the West Coast Choppers bike shop in Long Beach.
Sources close to Jesse tell us ... James is living full-time in Texas and wants to focus on his shop out there.
WCC has been a staple in Long Beach since the early '90s. So far, no word on what Jesse plans to do with Cisco Burger - his burger joint located right next to the bike shop.
Hugh Jackman's celebrity may be partly to blame for a nasty two-car accident in NYC ... this according to one of the drivers involved in the crash.
It all went down this afternoon ... a TMZ photographer was shooting Hugh when a van and a Jetta collided across the street.
Our guy ended up interviewing one of the drivers involved in the accident -- who explained that he was looking for his next turn when, "I see all these cameras and I
see Hugh Jackman. Next thing I know, I went to take the turn ... BAM."
Junior Seau drove his SUV off a cliff in Carlsbad, CA this morning -- and survived -- this according to law enforcement.
We're told the retired NFL superstar sustained injuries in the wreck -- cops are on scene. TMZ obtained these photos of Seau's Cadillac Escalade which landed at the bottom of a cliff several feet from the beach.
Seau has been transported to a local hospital. The accident happened just south of Oceanside, CA ... where the former San Diego Charger had just been released from jail hours earlier.
As TMZ first reported, Junior Seau was arrested early this morning for domestic violence.
Benicio Del Toro has uno problemo -- dude is accused of rear-ending somebody on the streets of Hollywood a few months ago ... and now the alleged victim claims his spine is all out of whack.
According to a lawsuit, filed Tuesday in L.A. County Superior Court, the "Wolfman" star was rollin' around in his 1992 Ford Bronco (the same one in the above photo) when he plowed into another SUV driven by a guy named Hassam Zarbakhsh.
Hassam's lawyer tells us ... his client suffered "a major spinal injury" during the crash including a bulging disc in his lower back. We're told Hassam is suing for a judgment in the 6-figure range.
But it's not all bad news for Del Toro -- Hassam's lawyer tells us Benicio was "really nice" to his client after the crash. So, at least he has that ...
