Balthazar Getty must be ecstatic this morning -- because the missing "mentally challenged" man he was trying to locate was FOUND -- alive -- in San Antonio ... and he's already been reunited with his family.
For the last month, Getty had been on a mission to spread the word about a missing man named Rocky -- the son of one of Getty's good friends.
But after weeks of searching -- and even making a plea for help on TMZ.com -- Getty's friend received a phone call informing him that Rocky was living on the streets of San Antonio.
According to MySanAntonio.com, Getty's friend immediately flew to Texas ... and was reunited with his son on Tuesday. The photo above was taken as Getty's friend (pictured in the red shirt) was reunited with his son (pictured right) on Tuesday.
TMZ has finally obtained a snippet of Angelina's highly anticipated RAP song "I'm Hot" -- and if you like tone-deaf, non-rhymes about boozing and punching women ... you're gonna LOVE THIS!!!!
Among the lyrical gems in this instant classic:
"I take a shot ... It hits the spot ... Then dance a lot ... Until i drop ... I shop ... And shop ... I just can't stop ..."
The masterpiece continues:
"You can't replace ... Or crowd my space ... So step off bitch ... Or I'll punch your face ... "
As we previously reported, Angelina tried to stop the song's release because the producer allegedly screwed her over with a crappy contract.
Yeah, that MUST have been the reason ...
UPDATE: Angelina is lashing out the producer saying, "This song was supposed to be a catchy and playful song!!" She also confesses, "I didn't wanna release the song because truthfully I think the song needed a lot more work!! In blunt terms it sucked!!"
And just in case you forgot ... here's The Situation's equally incredible rap tune (click the player below).
When you think about Subway restaurants, you probably don't think, "Great place to go when you're super drunk" ... unless you're the ex-leader of the '90s R&B group Jodeci.
TMZ has learned DeVante Swing -- real name Donald DeGrate Jr. -- was arrested at a Subway in Burbank, CA this past weekend. Cops say he was so hammered, he couldn't even walk straight ... and it was all caught on tape.
Law enforcement sources tell us ... police received a call from a concerned citizen around 5:00 PM on Sunday ... after DeVante was sloppily crashing into tables and falling on the floor.
When officers arrived, they arrested the 41-year-old singer for being drunk in public -- and hauled him to a nearby jail.
We're told DeVante was released around 11 PM -- after cops determined he had finally sobered up ... but we're told he won't be charged with a crime.
The first new Michael Jackson single will be a not-so-new duet with Akon -- a song entitled "Hold My Hand" that was originally leaked in 2008.
Epic Records/Sony Music just announced the lead single off the upcoming album "Michael" -- and "Hold My Hand" will be released this coming Monday, November 15 on michaeljackson.com.
Akon and MJ recorded the track back in 2007 ... a raw, incomplete version was eventually leaked to the public.
The new album will feature a total of 10 tracks -- including the controversial "Breaking News" -- when it's released December 14.
Katherine Jackson has been bitterly complaining the Michael Jackson Estate is not giving her enough money, and now we know what she's done to supplement her income in a big way.
TMZ has obtained a contract Katherine signed with Vintage Pop Media(VPM), the company that owns tens of thousands of photos, videos and other MJ items. Under the deal -- which is not sanctioned by the MJ Estate -- Katherine agreed to participate in the production of "The Katherine Jackson Story," some sort of MJ documentary set to music. Katherine also agreed to pen the book that was just released, "Never Can Say Goodbye."
In return for her work, VPM -- owned by her controversial business partner Howard Mann -- agreed to pay Katherine 25% of the net profits with a minimum monthly guarantee of $10,000-a-month. But here's what's really interesting ... there's no end date for the $10-grand-a-month, so if you read the contract literally, VPM agrees to pay Katherine at least $10k-a-month for the rest of her life.
And get this. The contract also says Katherine has the legal right to "forever bind" Michael's kids, Prince, Paris and Blanket. According to sources familiar with the MJ Estate, Katherine does not have the power to contractually bind Michael's kids.
Katherine is already raking in $26,000-a-month from the MJ Estate, but she's complaining she wants more. Looks like she found it.
Howard Mann tells TMZ, "This is one of several agreements with Mrs. Jackson. This was a starting point in our relationship."

We're told Douglas broke his wrist so badly it required "major surgery" -- involving titanium parts.

The good doc was out and about in L.A. yesterday at the Grove, claiming Linds could fall off the wagon if she goes back to work "too fast" -- adding, "treatment's gotta be the priority in her life for the next 3-6 months."
As we first reported, LiLo is all set to do a one-day photo shoot for a major magazine next week -- with the blessing of her counselors at the Betty Ford Clinic.
