Israeli satire show goes viral with Angry Bird take on peace talks

In a satirical depiction of Israeli-Palestinian peace talks, popular Israeli comedy show Eretz Nehederet portrays both sides as characters from iPhone's Angry Birds.

A spoof aired by satirical Israeli television show Eretz Nehederet ("It's a Wonderful Country") mocking Israeli-Palestinian peace talks has reached over 100,000 views on YouTube.

In the skit, the negotiating sides are portrayed by characters from the popular video game Angry Birds, released on Apple's iPhone and iPod Touch.

Eretz Nehederet is one of Israel's most watched and influential TV shows, recently finished its 8th season.

The show features satirical references to current events in Israel, and enjoys huge popularity among Israeli viewers.
