102-96 on the road. Pau Gasol flourished inside with 21 points and 11 rebounds, while Kobe Bryant (31 points) scored 14 straight Laker points in the fourth quarter in a losing effort.

“Efficient” and “effective” are certainly among the first adjectives one might associate with Pau Gasol since he came into the league in 2001. Just never more so than this season as he has been among the league leaders in efficiency so far this year. Something that was clearly on display Sunday night against the Warriors.
