International Check-in

You are required to complete final check-in no later than ninety minutes before your international flight is due to depart. However, due to increased security requirements on all flights operating to, through and from the USA, final check-in time is no later than 2 hours prior to departure.

If you are travelling from Auckland International Airport to Australia you can check in using our self service kiosks. You will need to scan your machine readable passport and those of your travel companions at the kiosk. You’ll be issued your boarding pass(es) and bag tags if you’re checking in luggage. Once your bags are tagged you simply drop them in the bag drop where our staff will scan them and check your passport.
