The Indiana University Priority Point Policy was designed to ensure proper and equitable consideration for the loyalty and financial support of thousands of IU fans wishing to attend athletic events. The Priority Point Policy is the guideline used for the assignment of tickets available for Indiana University football and basketball games.

All Varsity Club members accumulate priority points in a number of ways including annual giving campaign donations, longevity as a Varsity Club member, season ticket purchases, gifts to other areas of IU, etc.

Seats are assigned based on the total number of points each Varsity Club member has accumulated. Point accumulation totals are tallied twice a year based on the renewal deadlines for football and basketball season tickets. For football, the deadline is typically set around March 15 of each year. For basketball, the deadline is around June 30 of each year.

The IU Hoosiers Priority Point Policy is reviewed annually and is subject to change.

ACCUMULATIVE POINTS

Total Lifetime Contributions to IU Athletics1	1	For every $100 donated to IU Athletics Priority points are granted as gifts are received.
Varsity Club Continuous Years1	5	For every continuous year as a donor to the Varsity Club Annual Giving Fund Priority points are granted each July 1 based on contributions made in prior year (July 1-June 30).
Season Ticket Continuous Years2	5	For every continuous year as a season ticket holder in Football, Men's Basketball, and Women's Basketball Priority points are granted at the end of each sports's respective season.
Well House Society Contributions3	1	For every $100 contribution to the Well House Society beginning in 1985 (maximum $3,000) not to exceed the amount designated as the annual contribution to the Varsity Club Priority points are granted each July 1 based on contributions made in prior year (July 1-June 30).
