Roberto D'Arcangelo got his degree in animation at the Istituto di Stato per il Cinema e la Televisione. He cooperated on several animations for television from 1981, such as 'Quark' and 'La Macchina del Tempo' from 1981, while also pursuing a career as an advertising artist. He entered the comics world in 1987 when he began a cooperation with Play Press. In addition, he drew for Acme and Universo. He collaborated with Franco Saudelli on several episodes of 'La Bionda' for Granata Press from 1992 to 1994. He became an artist of the series 'Zagor' at Bonelli in 1996.
