Like every team, the Orlando Magic enter their offseason with some uncertainty.

The Magic reached the Eastern Conference finals for the second straight year, but this time, they finished two wins short of reaching the NBA Finals for the second consecutive year.

The Orlando Magic have started what will be a fascinating offseason.

Will restricted free agent-to-be J.J. Redick return? Will Matt Barnes exercise his player option for 2010-11, and if he doesn’t, will he re-sign with the Magic? Will the team add a young point guard to back up Jameer Nelson?

BOSTON — The Orlando Magic season ended Friday night as they lost to the Boston Celtics 96-84 in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference finals.

Game 3 for the Orlando Magic wasn’t pretty.

Just effective.

The Magic took a 3-0 series lead over the Charlotte Bobcats on Saturday afternoon with a 90-86 victory in which Jameer Nelson played like an MVP and Dwight Howard spent almost half the game on the bench.
