I converted the DLC maps into custom maps usable with the Steam version of Mirror's Edge. They work completely only the target times are a little bit off since I needed to replace existing time trials. I even recreated the missing actor through Kismet.
The files that I modified do not contain the actual maps and are completely useless without the rest of the DLC. My question is, is it alright if I post these here so other Steam users can enjoy the DLC time trials?
UPDATE: You can download the patch here. Just follow the instructions as included and you'll be able the play the Pure Time Trial pack as custom maps. You'll need the setup file so the patch can extract the necessary data, you can buy it from the EA store.

NOTE: This patch will convert the DLC maps into custom maps, so you get no leaderboards (well, not the right ones) and the target times aren't completely the same (though I've tried to keep them as close as possible).

I've also converted all DLC maps to custom Time Trial Maps.
What's the problem about missing actor?

In the DLC they added an actor called TdTTRespawnLookAtPoint. It's function is to make the player look at that actor instead of the next time trial checkpoint when respawning.

This is fantastic. Thank you so much for doing this.
I assume if I want to go back and re-use the original time-trial maps, I can just move or delete the CookedPC folder from my TdGame/Published directory?

Yes, they work just like any other custom map.

Can someone upload the maps with models in a way that doesn't require me spending $10?

That would be piracy. This patch was made for Steam users so they can play the maps they've bought, not for people that want to circumvent the DRM.

I simply don't think it's fair that EA won't let Steam sell the DLC. I mean, surely they could split it (each gets 50% of the profit from each copy)
They use the same exact file system. It doesn't make SENSE.

I think the reason is that they made a new executable for the DLC and Steam's DLC service might not allow you to replace existing files.

I don't want to pirate the DLC maps. I need them because I want to make my own modified versions and use parts of them in my own maps.

Have a look at this map: http://on-mirrors-edge.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=3560 It's a custom map by taplonaplo inspired by the DLC maps, it comes with a package of custom textures based on the DLC textures.
