• Finally back to sports after 6-weeks on the DL (disabled list) following a wipe out on my In-Line Skates back at the end of May. My skating companion, the dog, made a hard right dash for a Beagle leading to a meeting with the pavement. That was an unpleasant tailbone (coccyx) injury. After trips to the clinic; Getting Prescription Meds; going for X-Rays; boring down time for June ... I was at last able to get a shakin' again. Got into a Beach Volleyball 6 x 6 league. Played our first matches. Good to be back! A late start to my summer but lots left to enjoy.
  
• Enjoyed a day in the country with a run down to the Eastern Townships to visit the clan; drop off my dog with my brother; and mow lawns down at my mom's place.   
• Hanging out at friend's sail boat Saturday afternoon before catching the CFL football game between the Montreal Alouettes and Saskatchewan Rough Riders. Go ALS Go!
